St. Dunstan's Youth Group Mission Trip to Queens, NY. Summer 2011

The St. Dunstan's Youth Group helped to repair homes during the summer of 2011 in Queens, NY. It was a very good experience for all involved!

St. Dunstan's Youth Group Mission Trip
 Hedgesville, West Virginia-- June 2010

The St. Dunstan's Youth Group went on a Work Camp to assist low-income people near Hedgesville, West Virginia from June 20 to June 25, 2010. The task in 2008 was hauling almost 200 bags of garbage away, removing washers and dryers, broken TVs, dead refrigerators, and 80 automobile tires, along with  rebuilding a porch and then painting it.  The Work Camp is the single largest Outreach effort of St. Dunstan's. The group will be hosted by the MacKnight family one evening and by the Barton family, for tubing and a cook-out.  As one youth said: "It was the best Work Camp we've had."
