ChoirSt. Dunstan's Music Program

Sharon Ollison is our Interim Music Director

Adult Choir

The adult choir includes both professional singers and volunteers and is open to singers of high school age and above.

In addition to singing at St. Dunstan's Sunday, 10:15 a.m. service, the adult choir gives a concert of major works in the spring, often accompanied by strings or appropriate instrumentalists.

The choir has been a featured ensemble at the Washington National Cathedral and at nursing homes throughout the year. They have two CD recordings "Sing We, Merrily" and "Rejoice, O My Spirit." These recordings represent repertoire ranging from Renaissance through 21st century motets in the English choral tradition, concert versions of African American spirituals, and a performance of Bernstein's Chichester Psalms and J.S. Bach's Magnificat in D.
