Sharon Ollison , Organist and Senior Choir Director

Senior Choir

The St. Dunstan’s adult choir consists of approximately 15 volunteer singers; membership is open to singers of high school age and above. The choral literature includes anthems and service music ranging from the Renaissance through 21st century.

In addition to singing at St. Dunstan's Sunday, 10:15 a.m. service, the adult choir sings occasional Evensong services and concerts. Special feast day services are often accompanied by instrumentalists.

Junior Choir

Membership is open to children from the 2nd grade (or younger children who are able to read) through 8th grade. Twice a month the junior choir provides musical offerings at the Sunday, 10:15 a.m. service. In addition, musical plays designed for performance in the chancel and based on bible stories are performed twice a year, providing opportunities for children to learn stories from scripture and solo performance
experience for any child who is interested.

Cherub Choir

Cherub Choir is for children in 1st grade and younger interested in participating in the annual Christmas pageant. It occurs once a year, during the month of December as a combined project of the Christian Education and Children’s Music departments. Practice is scheduled on Sunday mornings in December and the performance is usually the Saturday evening before Christmas. The literature consists of 2 or 3 traditional songs or carols.

OrganOur Organ

St. Dunstan's is blessed to have a Wicks pipe organ, in the rear gallery that speaks beautifully in the warm acoustics of our building.
