Today's Service

Dear parishioners and friends of St. Dunstan's,

Despite our connectivity issues today, it was wonderful to see many of you for worship this morning! (We have switched to Fios to enable us to livestream from the church when the time comes, but apparently we are still experiencing some glitches...) If you were not able to join us for the service via Zoom or Facebook Live, I have included the link to our YouTube channel above: simply click on Sue Carroll's beautiful artwork, and you will be directed automatically to the recording.  The Order of Service for this morning's worship may be accessed here, and the text of today's homily is available at this link. If you are interested in watching the short clip from "I Love Lucy" that I referenced, it may be found here: "Pioneer Women".

As always, I am grateful for your patience and humor as we navigate online worship in an age of quarantine. God willing, we will gather in person again very soon!

May God continue to bless you and those you love abundantly.

Peace and love,

Reaching Out

Masks for S.O.M.E.

So Others Might Eat is an interfaith, community-based organization dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in the metro DC area. St. Dunstan's regularly supports S.O.M.E. both through grants from the Outreach Committee and by preparing casseroles for their feeding program.

While we can't deliver home-cooked meals right now, we still can support the people served by S.O.M.E. by helping to provide them with much-needed masks. We reached our initial goal of providing 100 masks, and now we're aiming for 100 more. Can you help?

Click on the image above to be taken to a dedicated page to order masks for S.O.M.E. made by parishioner Peta Leitermann-Long. Shipping is free. Thank you for helping to keep S.O.M.E.'s clients safe!
