Pride Sunday ~
The Fourth Sunday after Pentecost
Today's Service
Dear parishioners and friends of St. Dunstan's,
It was wonderful to see many beloved sisters and brothers in Christ worshipping together on Pride Sunday this morning! If you were not able to join us for the service, I have included the link to our YouTube channel above: simply click on Sue Carroll's beautiful cover image, and it will take you directly to the recording. The Order of Service for this morning's worship may be accessed here: Pride Sunday (Pentecost 4) ~ June 28, 2020.
I wish you all a peaceful Lord's Day, and I hope to see you soon. Please keep in touch.
Blessings and love,

How Can I Help?
American Red Cross
Blood Drive
Tuesday, June 30
(11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Only 6 slots remain...
Please schedule your appointment TODAY!
St. Dunstan's and our sister parish, the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, are proud to sponsor a blood drive with the American Red Cross in the St. Dunstan's Parish Hall on Tuesday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you meet these blood donation eligibility requirements, please consider donating. The need for blood products is particularly acute right now, and every pint donated can help up to three people. If you are able to give, just click on the image above to schedule your appointment. Donations are by appointment only, and this drive is closed to the general public.
COVID-19 precautions: All donors will be asked to wear face masks or coverings in compliance with CDC guidelines. We encourage you to bring you own mask or covering that covers both your nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask, the Red Cross will provide one.
For a limited time, the Red Cross will test blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies as an additional health service to donors. Visit RedCrossBlood.org/antibodytesting for complete details and more information.
Masks for S.O.M.E.
We're almost at our goal...
now let's do it again!
So Others Might Eat is an interfaith, community-based organization dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in the metro DC area. St. Dunstan's regularly supports S.O.M.E. both through grants from the Outreach Committee and by preparing casseroles for their feeding program.
While we can't deliver home-cooked meals right now, we still can support the people served by S.O.M.E. by helping to provide them with much-needed masks. We have set a goal of providing 100 masks for S.O.M.E., and we're almost there (94 - woo-hoo!)! Now we want to try for another 100...Will you help?
Click on the image above to be taken to a dedicated page to order masks for S.O.M.E. made by parishioner Peta Leitermann-Long. Shipping is free. Thank you for helping to keep S.O.M.E.'s clients safe!
