Worship in God's Creation Tomorrow!

Dear friends,
I look forward to seeing many of you for our service of Holy Eucharist tomorrow, October 4, beginning at 10 a.m. on the church grounds! Attendance is by pre-registration only: If you signed up ahead of time, you will receive a separate email from me with a few reminders later this evening. Please remember to print your bulletin at home (or else plan to read it from your device), and be sure to wear a mask and bring a chair!

Please click HERE to access this week's bulletin.

For those who aren't able to join us in person tomorrow, we will live-stream the service on the St. Dunstan's Facebook page  beginning at 10:00 a.m. The recording of the live-streamed service also will be sent out via email later in the day.

At this service we will distribute the consecrated bread (host) only; wine will not be consumed. Congregants will be invited by pods to pick up their hosts in individual cups to take back to their seats. Masks will be worn at all times, removed only momentarily when consuming the Sacrament. Those who choose not to receive Communion may opt instead to come forward for a distanced blessing. We also will offer a Prayer of Spiritual Communion for those worshipping with us from home.

I ask your prayers for our gathering tomorrow, and I pray that you all have a peaceful, blessed evening!

Yours faithfully,

Blessing of the Animals Tomorrow
(In-person and Virtual)
"Drive-through"
Blessing of the Animals
TOMORROW
4-5 p.m.

(Zoom Blessing: 3 p.m.)

All creatures, great and small, are warmly welcomed to St. Dunstan's Blessing of the Animals tomorrow afternoon! We will honor St. Francis of Assisi, who was known for his love of animals, with special prayers for our furry, winged, finned, and scaled family members!

This year, in the interest of safety and social distancing, the Blessing of the Animals will be contactless. Please drive up to the lower circle (by the glass doors) any time between 4 and 5 p.m. and remain in your car; the Rector will come to you and bless your pet through the car window. ALL are welcome - tell your friends! (Photos of pets and stuffed animals are welcome, too.)

For those who would prefer to participate in the Blessing of the Animals virtually, please log on to this Zoom link at 3 p.m.Zoom Blessing of the Animals (Meeting ID: 853 8355 7278). Just hold your pet (or a photo or stuffed animal) up to the screen, and the Holy Spirit will take it from there!

Please join us as we give thanks for the beloved animals in our lives and ask God's blessing on them for the year to come.
